
The process starts by splitting your design into individual colours using Adobe Photoshop. When this is done we print a film positive for each colour so we can create the individual screens that make up your design. The next stage is to attach the screens to the machine and register them so all the individual colours line up, then we are ready to print.
Screen-Printing is recommended for larger orders because it is cheap to print. However, setting up the job for print is time consuming so sometimes it's better to digital print. Paramount Embroidery offers both screen-printing and digital printing so we can advise you on the best method for your particular job.
